QuickTax MCP: connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to your QuickTax account
Your own AI assistant can now work with your QuickTax account. It can check your deadlines and documents, upload files you give it, and prepare sales invoices for you to confirm.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to other services. QuickTax MCP is our server for it, at mcp.quicktax.ac. Connect it once, and the assistant can use 35 actions on your QuickTax data whenever you ask.
What changes
- The assistant can read your company profile, your bookkeeping status by month, your VAT and Corporate Tax deadlines, the documents and bank statements you sent us, your sales invoices and the invoices QuickTax sent you.
- It can upload invoices, receipts, bank statements and other documents. They go through the same processing as an upload in the QuickTax app.
- It can create a sales invoice as a draft, issue it once you confirm, cancel an issued invoice, mark it paid and give you a link to share. It can also add your customers and the items you sell.
- It answers questions from public tax rules and our guides to the QuickTax app.
- It sees only the companies linked to your QuickTax account, and we check that list on every request.
How it works
- In the QuickTax app, open Home and find the block Connect your AI agent to QuickTax via MCP.
- Press Get my link and copy the link. It is shown only once.
- Paste the link into your AI app as a custom connector or MCP server address. It works in Claude, ChatGPT developer mode, Claude Code, Grok, Cursor and other apps that accept an MCP server address.
- Ask the assistant something, for example “Show my companies in QuickTax.”

What this means for you
You can ask in your own words, for example: “What VAT deadlines do I have this quarter?”, “Which September invoices are still being processed?” or “Upload this receipt for September.” The assistant answers from your QuickTax data, so you do not have to open the app to find out. Anything that changes where your customers pay, such as a new bank account or a different IBAN, takes effect only after you press Confirm on a page we link to in an e-mail to your account address. The assistant never asks you for that link or for a code.
Treat the personal link like a password. It is shown once, and anyone who has it can read your data and act for your company. You can replace or revoke it in the same block at any time, and every app that uses it loses access at once. What we store about each connection is in section 5 of our privacy policy.
Availability
The personal link has been available to every QuickTax client with a company since 3 November 2026. Signing in to QuickTax straight from the Claude and ChatGPT apps is coming soon. QuickTax MCP works with the UAE companies in your account.
