3.2The composition and cost of the Services are set out in the Tariff Plan (Annex A).
3.3During each Contract Year, QTX provides:
3.3.1goAML registration (if required). If the Customer is not yet registered on goAML, QTX prepares the SACM user accounts and the goAML registration and helps with filing them on the Customer’s request.
3.3.2AML documentation set. QTX provides its standard set of documents listed in Annex B, in the version designed for the Customer’s licensed activity. The set is not drafted individually for the Customer.
3.3.2.1QTX does not revise or adapt the set to the Customer’s comments or circumstances. The Customer may use the set as provided, or change it at its own discretion and responsibility.
3.3.3EOCN registration (if required). If the Customer is not yet registered on the EOCN Notification Alert System, QTX helps the Customer register on it on the Customer’s request, so that the Customer receives notices of changes to the sanctions lists.
3.3.3.1If the Customer is already registered on goAML or with the EOCN, it gives QTX its goAML Org ID and confirms its EOCN registration at intake. The price of the Tariff Plan is the same whether or not the registrations are required.
3.3.4Customer screening. QTX screens the Customer’s customers against sanctions and PEP lists, up to 100 customers per Contract Year. It gives each a risk rating and recommends standard or enhanced due diligence.
3.3.5Ongoing monitoring.
- QTX reviews customer files once a year for low- and medium-risk customers, and every 6 months for high-risk customers.
- QTX re-screens customers when the sanctions lists change. Re-screening does not count toward the 100 screenings.
3.3.6FIU report preparation. QTX prepares reports in goAML for the Customer’s Compliance Officer to review and submit, up to 10 reports per Contract Year of any type listed in Annex A.
3.3.7Personal manager. One named contact runs the Services.
3.4Screenings and reports above the included volumes are Add-ons. Unused volumes do not carry over to the next Contract Year and are not refunded.
3.5The Services do not include:

- Provide complete, accurate and timely information. QTX relies on the information provided and is not obliged to verify it.
- Complete verification steps in person. Where registration is required, the Compliance Officer personally and promptly completes the steps that need their phone or login, such as one-time codes and authenticator set-up, when QTX asks.
- Notify QTX without delay of each new customer; of any suspicious, sanctions-related or high-risk-country transaction; and of any transaction that requires a threshold report, such as a DPMSR (dealers in precious metals and stones: AED 55,000 or more) or a REAR (real estate: cash of AED 55,000 or more, or any payment in virtual assets).

The Cost of Services and Order of Payments
5.1The cost of the Services is set by the Tariff Plan (Annex A). All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
5.1.1The Annual Subscription is paid in advance, as a single payment at the beginning of each Contract Year.
5.1.2The applicable price is set on the date of each invoice, including renewal invoices. If the Customer’s accounting subscription with QTX ends during a Contract Year, the price already paid for that Contract Year does not change. The next renewal is invoiced at the standard price.
5.1.3Add-ons are invoiced separately. They are payable within 5 Business Days of the invoice.
5.2The Customer pays the cost of the Services shown in the invoice.
5.3The day of payment is the day the funds are credited to QTX’s bank account.
5.4When the Customer pays by credit card, the card details are entered in an electronic payment system certified by Visa Inc., Mastercard Worldwide and others, using the 3-D Secure protocol. The data is protected under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and kept confidential.
5.5Payment is considered made when a credit card transaction succeeds, or when funds are received in QTX’s account by a non-cash payment method.
5.6Late payment. If an invoice is unpaid after its due date, QTX may:
- suspend the Services by written notice; and
- withhold deliverables until payment.
Service times under section 10 do not run during the suspension. The suspension does not change the term or the fees.
5.7Changes to Tariff Plan prices are made under clause 4.9. They do not affect amounts already paid for the current Contract Year.
