Accounting and tax support built for small businesses
Simple annual and monthly plans designed around what a small UAE business actually needs. Corporate Tax filing is included on every plan, and VAT filing is included in VAT Business. Your plan is based on the level of accounting support you need, not the number of transactions you process.
Choose the right level of support
We designed these plans specifically for small businesses — from companies with little or no activity to businesses that need their accounting managed throughout the year.
No monthly option — this plan is sold as a 12-month package.
Dormant, pre-revenue or barely active. We close the books once, file the Corporate Tax return, and answer the FTA if they ask about it.
- Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation once a year
- Year-end close, reviewed by an accountant
- Corporate Tax registration, calculation and return
- We answer the FTA on what we filed for you
- VAT threshold monitoring — we warn you before you have to register
- Statutory accounting and tax records kept
Sold only as a 12-month package. There is no month-to-month version of this plan — the monthly figure is there so you can compare it with the two on the right.
Your books are kept and reviewed every accounting period — not rebuilt in a panic at year end.
- Everything in Annual Compliance
- Bookkeeping, reconciliation and accountant review
- We notice the documents you forgot to send, and ask for them
- Free VAT registration when you cross the threshold — you then move to VAT Business
- Fine coverage on annual billing — our error, our penalty
Bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax handled by one team that sees all three at once.
- Everything in Business
- VAT accounting — input and output VAT reviewed and reconciled
- VAT calculated and returns filed every period
- VAT and Corporate Tax reconciled against the same set of books
- Fine coverage on annual billing — our error, our penalty
Advanced Compliance
Your books are Advanced if they involve any of this:
- Inventory and goods, even fairly simple stock movements
- Marketplaces and aggregators — sales, commissions, deductions and payouts reconciled separately
- Complex payment systems or acquiring
- Related-party and intercompany transactions, including settlements within a group
- Complex revenue recognition — agency models, subscriptions, revenue allocation
- Project accounting, or accounting by business line, branch or cost centre
- Import/export and the VAT treatment that comes with it
- Many fixed assets, prepayments or accruals needing regular allocation
- Incomplete source documents, where we have to reconstruct what actually happened
Some books need work the three plans don’t cover — stock, marketplaces, group structures, project accounting. We look at them first and price after, so nobody is guessing. Everything else on this page still applies.
Fine Coverage on Annual Business plans
Annual Business and VAT Business subscriptions include QuickTax fine coverage. If an FTA penalty is caused directly by a QuickTax filing error, calculation error or missed deadline, we cover the fine, provided that complete and accurate information and the required documents were supplied by the agreed deadline. It’s our way of taking responsibility for the compliance work we handle.
Pricing made for small businesses
Small businesses shouldn’t have to buy a full year-round accounting service before they actually need one. That’s why QuickTax separates annual compliance from ongoing accounting.
If your accounting is simple
We can review and close the books annually and handle your Corporate Tax filing.
If you need regular accounting support
Our experts maintain and review the books throughout the year.
If you’re VAT registered
VAT accounting and filings become part of the ongoing service.
Three questions decide your plan
Under a minute, and nothing to fill in. We don’t ask for revenue or transaction counts — neither one changes the answer.
Is your company actually trading?
A licence and a bank account on their own don’t count — we mean money actually moving.
Are you VAT registered?
Or close enough that registration is weeks away, not years.
Does any of this describe your books?
This is the only thing that moves you out of the standard three plans.
- Inventory or stock movements
- Marketplaces and aggregators
- Complex acquiring or payment systems
- Intercompany or related-party settlements
- Agency models or subscription revenue
- Project, branch or cost-centre accounting
- Import/export and its VAT treatment
- Source documents that need reconstructing
A company that isn’t trading doesn’t need its books kept through the year — it needs one clean year-end and a Corporate Tax return that’s filed on time. That’s this plan. If the company starts trading, you move up at renewal.
You’re trading, VAT isn’t your problem yet, and the books are ordinary. That’s exactly the plan’s shape: bookkeeping and accountant review, Corporate Tax included, and free VAT registration the moment you cross the threshold — at which point you move onto VAT Business.
VAT returns have to agree with the books they came from, so one team keeps the books, files the VAT and files the Corporate Tax — rather than three people reconciling each other after the fact.
Stock, marketplaces, group settlements and the rest genuinely change how much accounting there is — so quoting you a standard price would only mean re-quoting later. We look first, price after, and everything else on this page still applies.

Quoted separately: payroll, audit and audit support, cleaning up earlier periods, amending returns already filed, answering FTA requests on earlier filings, extra legal entities, and one-off or non-standard accounting work. You’ll always see the price before we start, never after.
Your accounting price should reflect the work you need
Small businesses don’t all look the same. A consulting company may have high revenue and relatively few transactions. Another business may process many simple payments that are largely automated. That’s why transaction volume isn’t the basis of our standard pricing.
Your plan is determined by the accounting and compliance work your business needs. If your business remains within the scope of standard small-business accounting, normal growth in transaction volume or revenue does not automatically move you to a more expensive plan.
Annual Business plans give you price certainty
For Business and VAT Business, an annual subscription gives you a clear price for the paid period.
Your price is set when you subscribe
We assess your accounting and compliance needs when you join and agree on the appropriate plan. If your business grows during the year but remains within the scope of that plan, the subscription price stays the same until renewal.
If you become VAT registered during the year
If you legitimately qualify for Business when you subscribe and later cross the VAT-registration threshold during the paid period:
- we register you for VAT free of charge
- we’ll help transition your accounting to VAT
- you move onto the VAT Business plan from the date you’re registered*
VAT Business is the plan that covers VAT accounting and VAT return filing, so registration and the plan change go together. The registration itself costs you nothing.
*Companies that already need VAT registration, or are expected to cross the mandatory threshold imminently when they join, should start on VAT Business from the outset.
CT and VAT registration are included
Corporate Tax registration is included in our standard plans. VAT registration is free too — including when you’re on Business and cross the threshold mid-year; you then move onto VAT Business, which is what covers VAT accounting and filing. Either way there is no separate charge for the registration itself.
A few things are priced separately
Some services require separate scope and pricing:
- Payroll
- Audits and audit support
- Historical bookkeeping, cleanup and corrections to previous periods
- Support with FTA requests and corrections to previously filed returns
- Additional legal entities
- Other one-off or non-standard accounting work
We’ll agree the scope and price before starting work outside your plan.
Can we just file your taxes?
Yes. You don’t have to sign up for a plan to work with us — we can handle a single filing on its own.
It’s an easy way to start and see how we work. If you decide afterwards that you’d rather have the books kept through the year, the plans above are there.
One filing, paid once.
Add Expert Monthly P&L Review
Want a closer view of your finances between regular accounting periods? Add a monthly accountant review to your plan.
- close and review your books every month
- prepare a monthly P&L
- highlight important changes and issues
- share recommendations based on your numbers
- remind you about upcoming tax and accounting deadlines
Your standard accounting period may be quarterly or annual, but with this add-on you get a fresh financial view every month.
Added on top of any plan.
